Message from our Chair & Executive Director:
Since our establishment in 2017, CPSG has experienced remarkable growth, expanded our array of programs, and made a lasting impact within the community. Over these years, we’ve encountered various challenges that tested our resilience, yet we’ve consistently overcome them to sustain our mission. These valuable experiences have provided profound lessons, guiding us in shaping a clear roadmap for the upcoming years
Our trajectory for the next half-decade embodies our aspirations to fortify our organization and concentrate our efforts on distinct strategic priorities. Over the next five years, we will actively pursue the following strategic objectives:
- Enhancing our service design and delivery.
- Strengthening the foundations of our organization—focusing on leadership, workforce, and cultivating a thriving culture.

Our Mission
Empower and support our communities, and those impacted by family violence by providing culturally responsive services for their safety and overall well-being.
Empower communities, (Racialized, Black, ethnocultural, immigrant, refugee, and newcomer) and those impacted by family violence by helping them navigate resources, provide culturally responsive services, provide mental health support, create awareness, and educate to build resiliency, safety, and well-being (social, emotional, mental, relational, or financial).
